Cancellation and Refund Policy

Understand our cancellation policy for subscriptions. Please note that all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except in limited exceptional circumstances.

Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscriptions provided by LogicTrader (LOC Calculator). Our subscription system works on an expiry-based model where subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the purchased period. Please note that all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances as outlined below. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Subscription Expiry and Cancellation

Our subscription system operates on an automatic expiry model. Please note the following important points:

  • Automatic Expiry: Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the purchased period (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, etc.)
  • No Manual Cancellation: There is no manual cancellation button or option available in your account. Subscriptions are designed to automatically expire after the purchased duration
  • No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once your subscription expires, you will automatically lose access to premium features
  • Re-purchase Required: To continue using premium features after expiry, you must purchase a new subscription from our Pricing page
  • Access Until Expiry: You will continue to have access to all premium features until the subscription expiry date
  • All subscription fees are non-refundable - no refunds will be provided for any portion of the subscription period, whether used or unused
  • To view your current subscription status and expiry date, please visit the Pricing page in your account dashboard

Refund Policy

All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification
  • Technical Issues: In rare cases where technical issues completely prevent you from accessing our services and we are unable to resolve them within 48 hours, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion
  • Billing Errors: If there is a clear billing error on our part (e.g., incorrect amount charged), we will correct the error and process a refund if applicable

Refund Processing (If Applicable)

In the rare event that a refund is approved, it will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used for the transaction
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
  • Please note that refunds are only processed in exceptional circumstances as outlined in our Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • All subscription fees, regardless of usage or time remaining
  • Monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription payments
  • Services that have been accessed or used, even partially
  • Any promotional or discounted subscriptions
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the service
  • Failure to use the service or subscription expiring before you could utilize it fully
  • Refund requests made after the subscription period has ended

Subscription Management

Since subscriptions automatically expire, here's how to manage your subscription:

  • View Subscription Status: Log in to your LogicTrader account and navigate to the Pricing page (/pricing) to view your current subscription status, expiry date, plan type, and days remaining
  • No Cancellation Needed: You do not need to cancel your subscription as it will automatically expire at the end of the purchased period. There is no cancellation button or option available
  • Re-purchase: After expiry, simply visit the Pricing page to purchase a new subscription if you wish to continue using premium features
  • Subscription Details: The Pricing page displays all available subscription plans, pricing, your current subscription expiry date, plan type (Regular/Advance), and days remaining
  • For any billing inquiries or issues, email us at support@logictrader.in with your account details
  • For refund requests (only in exceptional circumstances), include your transaction ID and detailed reason

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for subscriptions. Please note that all payments are final:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Accepted for all subscription plans
  • UPI: Supported for Indian users
  • Net Banking: Available for major banks
  • Digital Wallets: Supported payment wallets
  • All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances mentioned above

Re-purchasing After Expiry

After your subscription expires, you can purchase a new subscription:

  • Visit the Pricing page in your account dashboard to view available subscription plans
  • Select your desired plan (Regular or Advance) and duration
  • Complete the payment process to activate your new subscription
  • New subscriptions will be charged at the current pricing available at the time of purchase
  • Previous subscription pricing or promotional rates are not guaranteed for new purchases
  • You can purchase a new subscription at any time, even before your current subscription expires (the new subscription will start after the current one expires)
